After working with great professionals in the entertainment, consumer goods, travel, health & wellness, retail, and fitness industries, Meredith formed Confetti to provide human-centered design and experience services to global companies. Prior to forming Confetti in 2020, she worked as an HCD and marketing professional for 10+ years at PBS Television, Johns Hopkins University Libraries & Museums, and AARP.  

 

Meredith brings a unique combination of business and HCD skills to help teams discover and translate user needs into products, services, and experiences. She has experience innovating new offerings, conducting research, and creating marketing strategies. Collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the development pipeline, Meredith fluidly aligns user needs with business goals.

​Meredith received her B.S. in Economics from Albion College, M.A. in Biblical Interpretation (with a concentration in Hebrew and Greek languages) from Regent University, M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, and M.A. in Design Leadership from Maryland Institute College of Art.
